About KidsNearby

KidsNearby is a free directory of kids’ events — library storytimes, crafts, STEM programs, music, and more — starting with the San Francisco Bay Area. It’s built for parents and moms’ groups who want one fast answer to “what can we do nearby this week?”

Where the events come from. We aggregate publicly posted event facts (title, date, venue, age range, price) from official library, parks-department and venue calendars, refreshed daily, plus submissions from local parents. We store only short excerpts of descriptions, and every event links prominently to its official source page — always confirm details there.

For libraries and venues.If you’d like your events updated, corrected, or removed, email scriptthemarket@gmail.com and we’ll act within 48 hours.

KidsNearby is free to use, with no account required to browse. It is a sister project of RSVPlinks, a free tool for organizing your own meetups.
